The World Public Assembly is a new international communication platform for seeking and shaping the meanings of a common future, strengthening the conscious unity of the peoples of the world.
In a solemn ceremony at the First World Public Assembly, the Secretary-General of the Assembly of Peoples of the World, Andrey Belyaninov, and the President of the Community of Cultural Diplomacy, Igor Skvortsov, signed a cooperation agreement aimed at uniting efforts in the field of cultural diplomacy.
