The Cultural Diplomacy Community, of which Igor Skvortsov is President, co-organized the concert "From the People to the People of Russia-China". The concert was held in the Great Hall of the Philharmonic (St. Petersburg) as part of the St. Petersburg Economic Forum.
The chief conductors and artistic directors of the Russian-Chinese Symphony Orchestra are Victoria Dobrovolskaya (Russia) and Zheng Tongro (China).
