Grand opening of the XIII All-Russian film festival of author’s short films "ArtKino". Igor is included in the jury of the film festival.
At the Film Festival, the Governor’s Orchestra performed three works by composer Igor Skvortsov. There are "Expectation", "Distance" and "Forgiveness".
